Phenomenal! Our initial driver Courtney was excellent. Knowledgeable, communicative, made a concessional stop on request and got us to Negril safe and happy. Our return driver Lorenzo did not disappoint either. Right on time, stopped for a couple photos and again gave great communication throughout. At drop off my vacation brain left my phone in the back seat. Normally I would have lost my mind, but thankfully I contacted the host and Lorenzo brought it right to me within 15min. Each time our vans were clean, smelled lovely and already had the cool air flowing. Amazing service and worth every penny!! From communication with owner Richard before booking, until after our airport drop; they took care of everything we needed and much much more. I absolutely recommend Island Comfort Tours and will use them again on our next visit.
Richard was awesome. Was waiting for us at the dedicated pickup spot and transported us safely to our hotel all the while telling us about the sites as we passed them. Highly recommended.
