The guide, James, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all questions. It is obvious that he truly enjoys what he does! We saw and learned much more than expected. The A/C in the bus could have had a little more "spring in it's step", but overall the guided trip was amazing.
John was a fantastic guide with so much information about the park and wildlife. We covered a lot of territory over two days but never felt rushed. This was really a great introduction to Yellowstone, highly recommend.
Our guide really showed us all the highlights and took photos with us. We were even able to film through his binoculars. Super! Everything was perfect!!!
The trip was long. Be prepared to stop often due to other people blocking the road. Be prepared for you trip to go an hour or two over due to this.
Exceptional! I saw and learned so much more than I would have if I had driven myself.
