The whole experience was incredible. The hardest part was getting through to the entry - be prepared for huge crowds. Once you are inside it is spectacular. The bus to get there and back to parking lot is free. Parking will cost.
Our experience was simply amazing! We reserved 9am entry tickets and were on the island by 8am. No crowds! We had the Abbey practically to ourselves. Definitely purchase the head set and tablet to guide you through the Abbey—100% worth it or we would not have learned all the history and significance of what we were seeing. Such a beautiful and informative couple of hours!
