The whole site has been returned to its former glory thanks to ongoing restoration work. The abbey is located at the top of the village of Mont-Saint-Michel. They were extremely punctual and arrived at the meeting point as indicated in the instructions. We got on the bus at 6:45 and waited until 7:05. The guides were amazing. The trip is a 4-hour trip. We slept for the first two hours, and for the last two hours they explained interesting facts about Normandy and guided the tour. When we got there, they guided us to the church, we went up, took the guided tour with the app they offer us, and then we had some free time to explore the place on our own. On the way back, at the scheduled time, we met back at the bus. It was really cool! I highly recommend it!

Although it is far from Paris, it is definitely worth a visit. The seat spacing of the sightseeing bus is a bit narrow, but the equipment is new and the ride is quite comfortable. We joined the English tour group. The Japanese tour guide's English expression was acceptable and the overall experience was satisfactory.

It was a great excursion. Even though we did not sign up for a tour/audio guide, the general instructions were clear and timing prompt, including the much needed short breaks along the way. Driver was patient and careful. The destination itself was beautiful and we loved the architecture of the Abbey! Thank you!

The time spent at Mont Saint Michel was worth it. A very special place. Tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful.
