After you sign up, you'll be sent a confirmation. It will tell you, most emphatically, that there will be no stops for bathroom breaks for the entire 3.5 hour bike trip. Do NOT limit your liquids or meals before this trip! You'll need all of your energy for the bike ride. You'll be going up and down small, hilly, cobblestone roads. Your guide will stop and explain the significance of different places, and you'll have lunch at a delightful outdoor market. Drink up and consume carbs for energy. You will NOT have to go the whole time without a break, but you will need plenty of energy. It's a pleasant excursion, but only if you're healthy and in good shape. Don't sabotage your experience; stay hydrated.

Awesome guide. The places he took us for food and drinks was exactly what I was looking for in Brussels and it was a great way to scout out the city for our 2nd day and possible future trips. I think we got lucky because we had a small group with wonderful people in it and it was also during a festival where we got to see things I think you wouldn’t normally be able to see during this tour. Taking that out of the equation, we hit the main points that I think you need to hit when you arrive in Brussels. Would definitely recommend for people who are first time visitors!

Guide Tony is GREAT! He did a nice job trying to get one family in particular to stop being rude talking over him. They made us late at every stop. None of which is his fault. He is knowledgeable, personable & professional.
