8:00 AM: Your adventure begins as our guide picks you up from District 1, or you can meet us directly at the SST Travel office. We’ll start the day with a scenic drive, then take the Bình Khánh ferry across to Can Gio Town. Once we arrive in Can Gio, prepare yourself for a day packed with exciting and memorable experiences: Monkey Island: Step onto this charming island, home to over 1,000 mischievous monkeys in their natural habitat. It’s the perfect place to interact with these playful creatures and snap some unforgettable photos. Hoa Ca Crocodile Reserve: Next, we head to the Hoa Ca Crocodile Reserve, where you’ll have the rare chance to observe these magnificent reptiles up close. For wildlife enthusiasts, this stop is an absolute must. Rung Sac Revolutionary Base: Immerse yourself in history with a 25-minute trek through the cool shade of the mangrove forest, leading to the Rung Sac Revolutionary Base. This site holds significant historical value, as it was a strategic location for the brave soldiers of the 10th Special Forces during the war. Explore the bunkers, kitchens, and medical huts, and learn about their heroic efforts. Alternatively, you can choose to take a 10-minute canoe ride to the base ( Please note the canoe fee is not included in the tour). 01:00 - 01:30 PM: After your explorations, we’ll stop for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, where you’ll taste the rich and diverse flavors of Southern Vietnamese cuisine. In the afternoon, the journey continues with more local experiences: Seafood Market: Next, we’ll visit the vibrant seafood market, where you can sample freshly caught seafood directly from the local waters. It’s also the perfect opportunity to pick up some delicious seafood to take home, bringing a piece of Can Gio with you. After our visit to the market, we’ll board the bus and head back to Saigon. 4:30 - 5:00 PM: We’ll arrive back in the heart of the city, marking the end of a wonderful and action-packed day. Please note that the itinerary may be subject to change depending on traffic, weather conditions, or water levels on the day of your tour. However, rest assured that all activities listed will be fully included for a memorable experience.

The crocodile fishing activity may or may not be available depending on the day. THE PICKUP WILL BE LATER THAN SCHEDULED DUE TO THE LATE TIDE. YOUR ITINERARY REMAINS UNAFFECTED. 8:30-9:00: You will be picked up from your hotel by the tour guide When you arrive, you will be greeted by playful monkeys swinging through the trees. Enjoy the excitement that comes from feeding these interesting animals and spending time with them creating treasured memories. Following our encounter with the monkeys, we stroll briefly to the crocodile conservation area. A few large crocodiles from the American War era have been save thanks to local efforts. Those seeking excitement may want to try "crocodile fishing," an optional activity that provides thrills and a distinctive look at local culture. We will then immediately board a motorboat to get to the "Sac" guerilla camp, which is tucked away in the bush. This historically significant monument provides insights into Vietnam's wartime past, offering a dramatic perspective on the struggles experienced by both troops and civilians. Refuel with a great lunch at a local restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine in a delightful environment. After lunch, immerse yourself in the vivid ambiance of a busy fish market. You'll discover fresh catches including octopus, lobster, ray, and dried seafood specialties. Can Gio Resort, located next to the market, . Relax and unwind at Can Gio Resort. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or a stroll along the nearby beach (optional). As the day comes to a close, we will leave Can Gio and return to Ho Chi Minh City, reaching about 5:30 PM.

Your tour begins at 8:00 AM, at which point you will be collected in a private car from your hotel. After a 40-minute drive, you will reach the Binh Khanh Ferry from where you will depart to Can Gio by boat. Once there, you will drive towards the Can Gio mangrove forest where you can admire the beauty of the green trees along the road. At 10:00 AM, you will have time to explore the mangrove forest, enjoying the fresh air and understanding the locals’ daily lives living along the river banks. You can also learn about the typical flora of mangrove forests and the other types of fauna at the local fishing hamlet. Furthermore, you will go through the forest on a canoe to visit the Reserve Bats Lagoon and the crab pond, before encountering and feeding a herd of deer which is friendly to man. Whilst here, you will also experience a crocodile farm where you can learn the process of hatching crocodiles and witness them in their natural environment. After that, you will venture toward the center of Vam Sat to observe the immensely panoramic views of the Vam Sat mangrove forest from the Tang Bong tower. Whilst there, you can also challenge yourself by crossing a suspension bridge. At 1:00 PM, you will have time for lunch at the Carrot Restaurant, before continuing with your tour in the afternoon. At 2:30 PM, you will go to Monkey Island to see over 1,000 monkeys that are living there. At 3:30 PM, you will return to the Binh Khanh ferry and drive directly to Saigon, where your tour ends at around 5:00 PM.

You will choose one optional: Morning option: 07:30 – 08:00 (the time of pick up depends on customer’s hotel/ accommodation’s exact position). MORNING OPTION: Itinerary: 08:00 AM: Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. 12:00 PM: Transfer back your hotel or meeting point. Finish the trip. AFTERNOON OPTION: Itinerary: 13:00 PM: Take the afternoon trip: visit to Cho Lon (Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda which is located in China Town. Continue to Bach Dang harbor. After checking in the waterbus tickets, and stabilizing your seat, the boat will start to depart. During the trip, you will have a unique view of the most typical commercial buildings of the city including the Vin homes Central Park urban area, the magnificent Landmark 81 tower, the Bitexco Financial Tower, the green peaceful District 2. A lot of stunning moments are waiting for you. Try to discover the soul of this land - Saigon River by water bus, maybe you will realize many miracles, a more accurate view of the land once called Paris of Indochina or the Pearl of the Far East. 18:00 PM: Transfer back your hotel or meeting point. Finish the trip.

After that, we come to the center of Vam Sat to observe the immensely panoramic view of Vam Sat mangrove forest from Tang Bong tower.
