The guide was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us a lot about the history of the monastery. We were also given some interesting insights beyond what is otherwise possible. It was just a shame that we couldn't go up to the viewing platform. This is probably only possible on the later tour and should therefore be taken into account so as not to be disappointed.
