This tour was great! It was about an hour which was just enough time. Our guide was very interesting and knowledgeable. We loved trying the different balsamic vinegars and the tasting was delicious. We had wine with meats, cheese and bread. Would definitely recommend this tour. The property was also very beautiful!

The tour was amazing. Mattia was incredible knowledgeable and approachable. The choice of the different Balsamic vinegars we got to try was well done, especially the treat of the 100 year one. A nice surprise was the little pranzo after our tour, where we got to taste their own Lambrusco and more vinegar with a selection of cold cuts and Parmesan - as we didn’t realise it was included in the tour. Definitely a must do when in the area.
