Our host was exceptional. We learned how to make 3 types of fresh pasta including 1 filling and 1 ragu. Exceptional. When we were done we enjoyed eating the 3 types of pasta and were offered a lovely dessert homemade by our host….traditional Italian dessert…..absolutely amazing. Our host Rafaella was so pleasant and a great instructor. Highly recommend this class while in the area.
