DOEN!

BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend! A little tragic to have to reach it, but it's worth it .. I recommend the following, I wanted to know when I missed the train: either you take the train (there are very few in a day, maybe 3), otherwise, if you miss it like me, I suggest: - the metro to Álora (I was staying in Malaga), - in front of the metro take the shuttle that takes you to the village of Álora, - the shuttle leaves you exactly where the other shuttle to El Chorro leaves, - destination is the bus that leads to the beginning of the path (if you take the train you can arrive here directly from Malaga) The route lasted more or less from 15.30 to 17.30, I had booked a guide, but once inside I continued without. With the guide it lasts longer. At the end of the journey you find yourself where the shuttle from El Chorro took you (or if you arrived by train you find yourself there). To return to Malaga I took the train at 6pm with a change in Antequera Santa Ana.

Although not the dicing with death hike it was a decade ago this is in one of the most incredible sets for a hike. Although a highly popular tourist attraction the organisers have set it up in such a way that you always have enough time and space to enjoy your surroundings. In addition to the stunning backdrop of the gorge the history of the walkway and its original purpose adds to the experience.
