It was easy to find the bus stop, which is right next to Terminal 1, where the bus parking spaces can be found. The drive to the center took longer than the flight, but still perfectly fine as you finally have to factor in rush hour traffic. Great service. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is also right. Will be used again for the next vacation in Italy

Once we found the bus the journey was fine. The meeting point given was in a random place and we could not see any buses coming that way so we were directed to the central bus station by locals which meant we ended up walking for a good 20mins at peak midday with our backpacks. My son who is 7 years old had heat exhaustion from walking so we were not happy about the meeting point given. Wish we were told that we can get on any of the shuttle bus using the ticket so just go to central bus station.

Finding out what time the bus actually leaves was a little tricky. It would be helpful if this could be stated when booking. And if you have already booked, you don't have to queue, you can go straight to the inspector and will then be given priority. We didn't know that and then the first bus was already full and we had to wait for the next one..
