It was a good tour but it was disappointing that we would not see the interior of La Scala until we were heading into La Scala due to a performance of Romeo and Juliet. You should have mentioned this upfront not during the middle of the tour. We were leaving Milan on Monday and could not use the ticket for the next day. You should provide a refund for this portion of the tour.

Beatrice was amazing

Good guide makes the world of difference. Get Beatrice if you can. She was young but so much knowledge and so experienced in managing her group. This activity was great and a lot packed into the 3.5 hours. Money well spent and a great time had by all even though the day was hot thanks to Beatrice watching out for us all.

Great guide, good tour with great organization.

Guide handled the 2 languages with ease - English/Portuguese. Gave each language ample explanation. Never left either group (in my opinion) feeling left out or not taken care of. I liked the fact that he had the English group 'moving' towards' the next room, venue or location while he gave the explanation in Portuguese. Made us feel like we were doing something while he was taking care of the others. Great job.
