The village is amazing. Absolutely recommended! The transport company should give more details about the return meeting point. Be careful, there are two bus stops in Serravalle! I booked "English guide" and I was expecting a guide in English. There was not any. The only English words were: hello and tickets.

I loved the convienance of this service. Given our hotel was a 1 min walk from the pickup point this door to door service was hassle free and easy. Journey time is about 1hr 30min to the outlet with 1 other pick up stop. You have approx 5hrs at the outlet which flew by lol. The coach is a double decker just as seen in the image so lots of seating space. However, if you plan to book this day trip with the intention to shop you may want to bring a suitcase which alot of people did as the space inside the coach is limited. Also allow enough time at the end of the day to complete your tax free refunds before boarding the coach back (they are extremely slow & can get very busy). Also double check you're on the right bus before departing as we made the mistake of boarding the wrong one as they all looked the same but thankfully it was going to Milano.
