Full description
Learn to cook homemade pasta, pizza and dessert in a typical home in central Milan (CityLife – Metro Tre Torri). Work in small groups for a more intimate adventure. Get hands-on help preparing your own dinner from a friendly professional English-speaking chef and Le Cordon Bleu graduate.

Enter the home of your teacher in one of the most dynamic districts of the city. Follow her guidance to prepare a menu of typical recipes using fresh produce and raw ingredients sourced from the local market, but available wherever you live.

Start your pasta class by preparing the dough for pasta (tagliatelle or gnocchi or orecchiette) and thin-crust real pizza Margherita from Naples. Discover how to make perfect dessert (Tiramisù or Panna Cotta or Cannoli or Gelato) to complete your meal. Vegetarian option available upon request.
