It was a lovely experience. we had trouble with exchanging our online tickets in the office. we had to wait 20 minutes for the vouchers to be emailed through and after that they said that the 2 children weren't on our booking. I had proof that they were so had to wait another 10 minutes foe another email. The experience was good but the exchanging process was a bit stressful to be honest and could have been avoided.
