Master the most delicious of all Italian arts and learn how to make authentic pizza and gelato. Meet an expert "pizzaiolo" who will demonstrate how to make a perfect, scrumptious pizza. In a professional cooking studio, your professional chef will show you how to make pliable, paper-thin yeast dough while kneading it to perfection. Learn how to prepare a zesty, yet light tomato sauce to spread on top. While the dough rests, take a break to enjoy a selection of premium Diadema wines and olive oil. Then, hear all about the process of making authentic Italian gelato. Discover the raw ingredients and learn how to mix them together as you watch the chocolate melt into the cream. While the gelato churns, your chef will show you how to combine the ingredients to make the batter to cook your cone. Then, roll out your dough, choose your favorite toppings, and season your pizza before popping it into the oven. As soon as your fragrant pizza comes out of the oven, sit down, relax, and indulge your tastebuds with your culinary creations.  At the end of your class, receive a certificate of attendance and a full digital recipe booklet to keep and use back at home.

Towns of Italy Cooking School & Tourist Hub is located is located inside the train station Milano Centrale on the first floor. Kindly note that every customer is requested to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the cooking class. Latecomers will not have the opportunity to participate in the activity, and refunds will not be granted. This is to ensure respect for all other participants.

Chef Kia was awesome. Class was a bit large but he managed to get all of us to make incredible Pizza’s. The Gelato was more of a show & tell but that was fine. Getting everyone through the preparation and cooking of the pizza’s by was the most fun. In the end we all enjoyed the food of our labor plus a Gelato treat. Plus, he shared the recipes for us to go home and do it on our own. Well done, highly recommended!!

Kia was awesome and thorough. The class was entertaining and informative. I think your group makes all the difference. We had an amazing group, they were hilarious and it made the class really fun. You get pizza, wine, and gelato along with all the recipes so totally worth the price. My only complaint is that the class is impossible to find. Make sure you give yourself PLENTY of time to get lost. We eventually made it to the food hall inside the train station and asked someone who knew where to direct us.

Delivered really well, lovely group, great size of class. Finding your guide is NOT easy. The info point in Mercate centrale is not marked well and google maps takes you to the other side of mercate. Look for the info point in the centre/middle of mercate centrale across from the wine bar
