The Guide was very good and gave relevant informative responses. The tour part of the experience was great. What is less perfect is the information prior to the tour: a/ that we are to meet on the piazza outside - midpoint between the ticket counter and the entrance, with the guide holding a sign (and then, would be good to know in advance for what sign to look for); b/ proceedings (general tour of the piazza to wait for late comers/audio; passing through the ticket office to collect tickets (even with the purchased prebooking); c/then at last the visit; d) the closing hours midday of the attached church which is well worth the visit as well.

The BEST guided tour ever. Our guide Marcela was just GREAT. She was so informative - she told us all of the informatin about the painting. She was able to communicate the emotion even though to see the painting is emotional itself. Such a strong experience. WOW! You have only 15 minutes in the room. Highly recommended.

Good to go with a guide who will explain all about perspectives, origin, purpose and the history of it. You only get 15 mins in the room so it helps to know what you are seeing, no-flash photos allowed but not video. You also get a earpiece so you can hear better from the guide.
