Sara was a knowledgeable and engaging guide, who made the experience of seeing this artwork much richer. There was a fair bit of time wasted getting the group organised (partly due to latecomers and partly due to the ticketing/entry system) - given the cost of the tour I expected this to be better managed.

Sara was an excellent tour guide who helped us understand the process of recovering the original masterpiece much better. However, it's a pity that the process of buying tickets for this picture is monopolised by tour operators, who ask holidaymakers to pay twice or even three times as much as the original price of a ticket.

The only way to see the painting for strictly 15 minutes.... if you haven't booked early. Very good local guide that explains everything before and after the visit to a ~20 people group. Pricy for what you get if you take into consideration that the normal ticket costs 15€ (4 times less).
