Elisa was great. I unfortunately had an injury on my vacation and was bound by wheelchair. Elisa and the company both were extremely accommodating and made sure to take care of my friend and I on the tour. She made it a point to always look for accessible ramps and show photos to the group at their level, but also took time to ensure I saw the photos she would show on her iPad. She was fantastic and her tour was very informative. I highly recommend!
