My wife and I were rhe only ones on the tour, so it was like a private tour. We received so much interesting background and history to the theater and objects in the museum, putting everything in context.
Wonderful La Scala Tour – A Special Behind-the-Scenes Experience We wanted to see an opera at La Scala, but during our visit, the only performance was a Wagner opera, and the ticket prices were quite high. So instead, we chose to take this guided tour of the theatre and museum – and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging, sharing the rich history of La Scala and its iconic performers. I was running a bit late, but she kindly waited a few minutes before starting, which was really thoughtful. The absolute highlight was getting a chance to watch rehearsals for a new ballet from one of the theatre boxes – something we didn’t expect and truly appreciated. It felt like a rare glimpse into the real life of the theatre. If you love music, culture, or history, this tour is a great way to experience La Scala without the opera ticket prices. Highly recommended!
