A very good way to know the city without walking around all day. There are 4 tours to use and you can change between them as you wish. Our headphones did not work but we could easily change them. Our only suggestion is, probably, have a little more buses. The traffic in Milan is caothic so we spent a lot of time in traffic lights and the buses end up late
