Learn to make pasta, ravioli, from scratch during a cooking class in the heart of Milan 20 minutes walking from Duomo Square.
I will open my elegant home , where we will work surrounded by unparalleled works of art
Discover the secrets of Italian cuisine from a local chef and enjoy a delicious meal. You will spend three unforgettable hours surrounded by art paintings and antique piers that come from the Palladiana Palace of family, you will eat the Italian classics that you have prepared: pasta ravioli and tiramisu
Cooking is a family tradition; when Grandma Bruna is too tired, her daughter and granddaughter or grandson will replace her. The family had the best grandmother as a teacher.

You'll learn to prepare the original, soft and unique tiramisù, easier than you thought.
  • You will work in a location surrounded by a fruit trees and lots of flowers that you’ll enjoy during your lunch/dinner above the roofs of Milan. Located in the Designer and Fashion area 5 minutes walking from Duomo Square, with the stop subway under my building, travelling until 1 am, you’ll be safe to walk inside an unforgettable and historical Milan!
  • When the grandma Bruna is too tired, her daughter and granddaughter or grandson will replace her.
  • My house hosts a well-behaved and joyful dog and a few unobtrusive and invisible cats that observe whatever goes on from the roof of the orangery.

Booked as part of a hen do weekend in Milan. Best bit of the whole holiday! Paolo and Bruna were fantastic and had us laughing the whole time. Good location that was easy to find. Easy to follow, food was delicious and you receive the recipes after as well which is great. Also the wine and homemade limencello were delicious! Very much recommend!
