The whole experience was nothing but amazing! The views we got to see were just spectacular, and we had the opportunity to get to spend time walking around and getting to know the small town. Our tour guide was so friendly and helpful, and made sure we feel comfortable and entertained the whole journey. However, the only downside of this experience is the fact we pay the full price for the Bernina Express, panoramic view, and we travelled on a normal regional train. This is specified in the description, but the least they could do is reduce the price for the tickets since this will be the case.
Tatti was a great informative guide . She had a wonderful personality. What let me down a little was the fact there was no toilet on the bus . The majority of customers especially the men are over 50 who require toilet breaks more often than most. I appreciate there were various breaks but not enough.
