What People Are Saying About Milan

Excellent tour. Audio information excellent and easy to use.

I and other purchasers wasted a lot of time because the pickup spot information did not specify the "GROUP" "PRIORITY" window at TicketOffice 1. The cashier was very helpful, and informed me the cathedral interior was closed for the morning and that I should just keep the audio guide and use all day. Very helpful tip!

I thought we could beat the queue but the time was the same for anyone

It didn't allow us to beat the queue. It would have taken the same time if we had bought on our arrival. We were told that as we had our ticket and audio we could just go through, but how can you push past ever pay other ticketed person? We got soaked waiting in the rain

Very nice visit and view of the city scape!

Interesting and fun visit. Nice to have been able to skip the entrance lineup! This probably the best visit one can do in Milan. Other than the Galaria Victorio Emanuelle, Milan does not have much to.offer and people are not very nice and welcoming to tourists. Gilles, Ottawa, Canada

Wonderful and very interesting and great guide who spoke good English!

The tour it self was great, getting to skip lines and such, with a competent guide, however nowhere on the online ticket did it say you had to pick up your "real" tickets at the ticket booth on the right hand side(looking straight at the cathedral from the front) of the cathedral. Therefore when we met up at the back of the cathedral where the online ticket says the meeting point was we were sent to a couple of ticket houses before being sent to the right place resulting in us having to rush a little to get back in time before the tour started at 4 pm.

I spent nearly seven hours there and barely scratched the surface.

A lot to see as each national pavilion bids to out do the other with technological wizardry and fantastical structures, though it is sometimes a stretch of the imagination to connect the slick idealizations with the starkness of reality. Of the ones I saw, my favourite was the German one with its way of making the message fun using clever interactive devices that appealed to all ages and with a great show at the end. But, of course, the main theme of the Expo, food, is ever present in all its infinite variety. The tree of life with its spectacular fountains was my favourite structure although the beehive of the British pavilion was very nice too.
