Kiara was a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable guide and our tour was great from the beginning to the end, the time spent in each location was very good. Having a carriage exclusively for our group was great and more easy to get great photos. Amazing views all the way to St Moritz. Kiara told us where to buy delicious chocolates and where to go for beautiful views of the lake. It’s a long three hours drive back to Milan and the driver Claudio was very good on the road specially in the many curves down the mountain. We’re planning to do it again in winter.

This tour package is a great deal and a must-see when visiting Milan. The Bernina Express tour is an unforgettable experience. The tour begins with a scenic bus ride from Milan. The views from the windows keep it interesting, and there's a short stop for a bathroom or coffee break. Upon arriving in St. Moritz, you get 1.5 hours to explore the town. Although more time would be nice, it was enough for us to enjoy the area. Then, we boarded the Bernina Express to Tirano. Despite some rain and clouds, the views remained magnificent. When the sun came out halfway through, the scenery became even more stunning, especially the glacier. The bus driver Claudio was careful, and the tour guide Claudia was nice and fun. The return trip from Tirano to Milan takes 2-3 hours by bus, offering more lovely views of vineyards before we slept for the rest of the journey.
