So enjoyed the Middleton Plantation! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lunch was plentiful and very delicious. Wayne, our shuttle driver, delivered a wonderful, detailed, and interesting narration during the drive back to Charleston. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Look forward to a return visit in the future.

I liked the history of the Middleton family. Very enlightening. The guide was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The gardens are magnificent. I'm looking forward to going back in the spring to see the gardens in bloom. The food in the restaurant on the plantation was delicious. This tour was definitely worth the price.

The slavery talk was not demonstrated but just talk. Interesting but too long and should have involved a site to show and demonstrate the dire situation of the people

So much historic information was shared. I left there knowing a good deal more about the family, the property and its importance in American history. Thank you.

Tour was well-run, guide was informative and accessible. Enjoyed the main house tour, and the lunch was wonderful.
