Everything was explained well in Spanish and English on site. People who only speak German could have problems; our guide couldn't speak German. The tours were as follows: buggy ride = 5 minutes per person (4-person buggy), horse riding = around 20 minutes, safari tour = 40 minutes (20 minutes of driving and 20 minutes of visiting the village with shopping opportunities) and ziplining = 30 minutes (10 minutes on the chairlift and 20 minutes of ziplining five times). It was all fun and there were no safety concerns. The food afterwards was delicious and varied. The complex was clean and well laid out. There were open showers for after buggy rides and clean toilets (the toilets were of course lockable). Afterwards you could buy photos of the day (dollars and euros). They were good and fairly priced. You received them as a download link by email afterwards. If you need adrenaline, this tour is the right choice.
Beyond the beaches of RD, an incredible green landscape awaits us. 360° view of Montaña Redonda, a national park where I would have liked to stay longer, then Salto Yanigua: I come out with lots of great memories! In terms of planning: pick-up 6am-8am, actual departure 8am. Journey: 8am-10am Redonda, 10:30am-12pm park & cave, 1pm-2pm Salto Yanigua (waterfall, meal, cocoa). Departure return 4:30pm, pee stop, coffee 6pm, arrival at 1st hotel 7:30pm. Juice, water & rusks provided (nevertheless bring snacks). Take flip-flops for the waterfall! know that a professional photographer will offer you these services and that activities (zipline, ...) will be offered to you for a little something🚶♂️🌿✨ personally I also learned a lot from our guide and the driver was very caring.
One of the best excursion I've gone to, and I've gone through at least 50+ excursions over the years. Tour guide spoke perfect English, very funny, charming and informative. Wear your swim wear on the first activity, the dune buggy, since it is very muddy, and it was super fun! The horseback riding is not too exciting, but nice and relaxing, and good for those who has not been on horse back before. The safari was fun and entertaining. Th zipline was the highlight. One of the best that I've been to, and I've been to around 10+ ziplines in 6 different countries. The lunch was delicious. Highly recommend this tour!!!!
We had an absolutely fantastic whale watching tour! The organization beforehand was seamless, and once we were out on the water, we were rewarded with several breathtaking whale sightings. It was truly impressive to see these majestic creatures in their natural habitat! A special shoutout to Barbara, who was always available via WhatsApp and promptly solved any questions or small issues with great professionalism – this made the whole experience even smoother. The service was simply top-notch!
This tour allowed us to discover beautiful places on the island that we would never have discovered otherwise. The waterfalls, the mountains, the cocoa tasting, the exploration of the caves, everything was perfect. The guide was very funny and very friendly.
