Full description
Arrive at your departure location where you will be introduced to the captain and mate. Departing from the dock on the parasail boat, the mate will go over the safety instructions and get everyone geared up. After a 5 to 10 minute boat ride into the bay, the captain will open up the parachute and call the first flyers up. Take off from the boat and enjoy a scenic ride over Miami. Right before landing back on the boat, enjoy a little dip in the water to cool down from the hot Miami sun. Everything went as planned, the workers were a pleasure to be around and communicated til the very end. Great atmosphere and everybody was respectful, courteous, & friendly. Would definitely recommend and also come back! Miami rocks and this place was well worth the money. Only thing about booking online is your only partially paying for the activities, once at the location you have to pay additional add on tax & deposit for jet skis which is around $250 a person.

Lewis and Kyle were awesome! Fun and funny and made us feel safe! The only part we did not like was, there was an added fee at the time of check in that no one mentioned. It was an extra $40ish amount to pay. Then an added $47 for pics! $170+40+40.... That's a whole new price! Was not happy, but we wanted the experience and the travel and lyft time and money spent to get there... We just stayed.

Experience really good and the instructions on board were excellent, but the “office” is really a mess, very unorganized, lots of people who do not have reservations. I think they should have a specific line only for the reservations. My reservation time was 2:15pm and I ended up going around 4:30pm - long waiting time for someone who actually has a reservation. Also, if something like weather or other thing changes they don’t give you a refund, you must choose another attraction or come back another day (which is not a good option considering that not many people will come back). I think they should consider giving a refund if the person decides to.
