Miami Beach: Yacht Cruise with Swim Stop

Captain text to cancel this activity not once but twice! Not only this, but the cancellations were quite close to the activity's start time- very inconvenient. While they did offer to reschedule AGAIN I asked for a refund instead. Since asking for a refund I have heard nothing... not quite sure if this is a scam but it's seeming likely at this point. Beware :((

We had an awesome trip with the Boat/Yacht and we would definitely book again. The weather was amazing and our captain (Jose) was super nice. The swim stop was my personal favorite, as you are able to jump into the water from the boat and just enjoy yourself. You can bring your own booze/snacks and the boat has a speaker where you can connect your phone for some music. We were grouped with another couple and two girls and it was very fun, as everyone was doing their own thing. We received information on the Marina and the pick up point via iMessage on the day of the trip, with video guidance on how to find the correct spot, which was very convenient. So make sure to check your email or messages to not miss last minute changes or instructions.
