It's was great... there was a delay but it end up working in our favor cause we were running late.. but the hostess was nice in calling us asking us were we still coming.. and that was very considerate of them which in return we didn't have to worry about losing money... Everyone was overall a delight.. down to earth... and made us feel comfortable including the captain.. will definitely recommend and wear something light because you will definitely get wet!!!!

Very nice had a great time. Unfortunately weather it’s speed boat or jet ski, or any other tours, as a visitor more areas should be coved for the money, and a bit more then 30 minutes. All go around the exact locations. Further out especially a speed boat should cover much more area so further out would be nice instead of choosing any recreational tours that all focus on the same exact spot.

I live across the street from where this tour departs and often see soaked people getting odd the boat - I figured it was time to try this out for myself. This was a great tour. Both the captain and the guide were amazing. Captain was very skilled and the guide was entertaining. When you arrive at the pier you need to go through the gate all the way to the building at the end of the pier. Go through the door, and the office to check in is the first door on the right. Then go back down the pier and through the gate, the boat pickup is right on your right. There are large coolers that lock if you would like to leave your belongings on shore, or you're able to purchase a zip lock bag for $1. Don't forget to bring cash to tip the guide and captain!
