The five of us had an outstanding time with Banana Joe’s this morning! Hagen was prompt and knowledgeable, and communication prior to our tour was outstanding. Had a blast bombing around Biscayne Bay on the jet ski’s. These things are FAST! Thought this just going to be a jet ski tour, but Hagen took on a tour of Star Island, Miami Design District and the Art District too. I would highly recommend Banana Joe’s to anyone considering a morning of adventure and getting the skinny on Miami hot spots for food, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.

This trip is worth the investment! My boyfriend and I had an absolute blast! Hagen, Jacob, and Jacques (spelling?) were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond our expectations! Everything from beginning to end was nothing short of a great time. Hagen picked us up from our hotel. He offered us water, gave us valuable information about Miami as we drove to the docks, and drove us around Star Island. If you're looking for some interesting historical information about Miami look no further! He knows it all! Jacob and Jacques were our jet ski guides. It was our first time ever riding a jet ski, but they went over all the information and answered all our questions. We were very nervous, but having them around put us at ease. They were super friendly! All three of these men took tons of pictures of us and sent them to us for no extra charge! Make sure you bring enough cash to tip each of them because that was my only regret!

Amazing experience!! If it’s your first time jet skiing look no further - Hagen and the team are awesome. As other reviewers mention it’s about a 90 min tour out on the water (more than enough time in the water for our group) and then remaining tour via van. Definitely recommend!
