We had a wonderful day, our guide Hagen was really great, spoke German and explained everything to us, he took care of everything and knew the answer to everything. I highly recommend Bananatours. At the end there was a great photo with a baby alligator which was already included in the price. Thank you Hagen for the nice day !!!!

The hotel pick-up worked great, was on time. Our German-speaking guide Hagen provided us with all kinds of useful information in a humorous way during the trip. Despite the slightly stormy weather (alligators probably don't like it), we were able to see several specimens on site. Therefore, to be recommended unreservedly, top!

Every thing was excellent in this tour organized by Hagen/Banana Joe Tours : Hagen was very organized (which comes as no surprise in the light of his German origins) & very informative. The tour itself exceeded my expectations ; we managed to see a handful of aligators & birds, & I was expecting to spot only a couple -at most- if we were lucky. Highly recommended as a half-day trip from Miami.
