Benefit from pickup at your hotel or other location in the Greater Fort Lauderdale and Miami-Dade County area, and then travel by brand new sprinter-style vehicle to Everglades National Park. Appreciate the natural beauty of the area, and learn about its ecological importance. Join a naturalist guide on a walk in Everglades National Park and learn about the different ecosystems of the park. Walk through a tropical hardwood hammock to admire the mature trees and beautiful plants and wildlife. Then, drive to the launch site of your 1-hour airboat ride, and glide through the grasses to see wild alligators up close in their natural environment. Visit an historic Miccosukee Indian village, exclusive to the airboat company, and learn about their special customs and way of life. Head back to your hotel at the end of your exhilarating airboat tour, better acquainted with the real Florida.

We found this activity very successful. We were picked up from the hotel on time and were provided with snacks, drinks, rain capes and good entertainment throughout the entire trip. The guide in particular made the activity something special with his humorous manner. Efforts were also made to ensure that you experience all the special features of the Everglades.

Very friendly activity, from the on-time pick-up, including the different transports to get to the site with the added bonus of 2 very involved guides! Bonus: we were able to take photos with a snake on our neck and wrist and we were even able to take a photo touching a large alligator! Penalty concerning the snacks which were offered and expired for 1 month (fortunately this was a minority). The duration of the breaks was also a little long, so we were certainly losing activity time.

Ben was a super guide. Friendly, informative and good humored. We were picked up exactly as promised and accompanied by 9 other people. A nice walk, in the park and then on an Air-boat trip. The only downside to the boat was that all the seats were in the same plane. A boat with a staggered plan provides a better overview for everyone. But all in all a super good experience.
