The address is kind of hard to find. I was looking for an office but it was a bus stop instead. I didn’t like that They give you headphones that give an automated tour. I was on the open deck and I couldn’t hear anything because of the wind and traffic noises. It would have been better to have a guide with a microphone.

I thoroughly enjoyed both the land tour by bus and the boat ride along millionaire’s row. I took quite a bit of photos so I’ll have beautiful memories of my trip. I also like the fact that both tours were narrated so you knew exactly what you were seeing and the significance of each place.

Bus experience was not good nor what I expected. The bus tour I paid for was not a hop on/hop off tour but this was. Driver never told me (& 4 others) that we needed the ear buds to listen to the narration and the stops. When I did get the earbuds and plug it in, there was all music and no narration. Driver said to move to another seat. So, I missed the first 45 minutes of narration. She was not the friendliest driver and seemed annoyed by my questions. The boat tour was excellent!! Loved it!! Very informative and a great cruise. Because of the miscommunication on the bus, I could only rate 'good' but leaning towards the 'average' rating. I did not get my full money's worth of this excursion. Bus tour not good but boat tour was wonderful!! Thank you.
