Could use a bit more direction when getting off the bus and moving to the boat tour - the bus tour itself was in need of a little updating on the audio and did not quite match up with the timing at times (probably due to traffic) - but was good history (and several times repeated itself to an extent) - the boat tour was good (speaker was excellent) but it would have been nice to be a little less crowded - should have used the bigger boat! Great weather!

first I want to say that the communication was very bad. they don't tell you what stop to get off for the boat tour..or where to go when you get off and they don't answer your questions when you email so you need to figure it out yourself. Luckily I had read some bad reviews and knew that it would happen...when I saw water at a stop we asked and driver said yes off. we had no idea we needed to get another ticket for an undisclosed ticket office we were told when we finally found the boat (Bayside Marketplace is the stop and the boat company is Island Queen. fyi, your online OR printed vouchers are NOT good for this trip...you DO have to show your printed BUS ticket to get a new boat ticket THEN get in line for the boat. all of this mess aside. The Boat tour was REALLY GOOD and we tipped $20 the guide was so good!! and funny too. JB was his name. the bus tour was good but there was NOT A GUIDE so you are on your own to figure it all out. put in your headphones asap and listen.

It is worth it to get an idea of what Miami is, in my case I only had 1 day to see the city, so the bus allows you to tour the main areas, though, with this fare they did not allow me to get off and back up, only on the boat and then pick it up again to return to the starting point, on the bus the explanations are with headphones but very brief, on the boat in my case if the guide spoke English and Spanish. Perfect boat, bus well to tour the city but if you want great explanations or go down and up in the different neighborhoods I was told that with this fare no, I took bus at 09.30, boat at 12 and arrived at starting point 14. the bus company staff is quite unpleasant seems to bother you to ask them something
