It's a good trip that takes only an afternoon, not whole day. The trip guide, Rosa Maria, is very impresssive. She is a cute, warm, friendly serviced women. She can explain total trip with english and spanish. The driver, Victor, is also smart and polite. However, If you prepare the description of Teotihautan such as map, history, must see, etc., It will let us more understanding this site and be more happy with this trip.

Overall it was a great experience. A few things they don’t tell you; you will stop for tequila tasting & knowledge of all the ways the use the cactus. There is a chance to shop for trinkets but don’t waste your time bc there are vendors all around at the pyramids. The pyramids close at 5, if you want to walk up them you must do so before 5! Afterwards they take you to a restaurant for dinner ( you pay). On the trip out to the pyramids they get into the history of the site but you will be free roaming on site.

This is a direct, no-frills tour. They take you to the pyramids and back without any other stops, which works well if you have other things to do that day. The guide gave us a small amount of background context about the pyramids then left us on our own to explore, then meet up later at the bus. There were a few downsides. The meeting point has no signage. The minibus was full and the windows didn't open (they were screwed shut), and it took the tour guide a while to work out how get air to the back of bus. We had to wait a while since more people booked than there were seats on the bus, so they had to organise a separate car. The bus leaked water (a small amount to be fair) down the windows. It rained the day we were there, and although we brought raincoats and an umbrella, we left them in the bus since the weather was sunny when we got there. Small thing, but it would be helpful if the guide alerted people about expected weather conditions that day.
