Very nice trip, no unnecessary activities to kill time, tour guide did a great job entertaining the group
I really enjoyed this tour, as it was no nonsense and was exactly what I wanted - just to see Teotihuacan with pick up and drop off and a lunch. I didn't want Mezcal or Tequila tasting, or shopping, or other sites. So, in this regard, this was the perfect excursion. The pickup and drop-off spots and times were reasonable and on time. The guide, Gerson Sanchez, was very good, knowledgeable, and animated - he was fun, funny, and provided us with information that isn't necessarily in the Lonely Planet et al. He also provided us with a list of books about archaeology, Mexican culture, and history. Oh, and by the way, Gerson is an archaeologist, so that was a bonus and interesting. The amount of time allotted to view the pyramids and explanations was close to 3 hours, sufficient. Wear a hat, bring water, and wear good walking shoes that you don't mind getting dusty. Overall, excellent value. 5 stars.
