Full description
Departing from the State of Queretaro, visiting first the Freixenet cava family business that produces sparkling wine. Take a tour through their 25 meters deep cellars, where the temperature changes are minimal to ensure great tasting aged wines. Learn of the producing process from fruit to wine, watch the extraction process after harvest up to the final bottling and labeling. Next visit the Finca Vai, where the simplicity in cheese production is a life motto. Visit the cheese curing basement and learn about the delicious process. Taste the characteristics that separate the types of cheeses, with a three type cheese platter.    Then continue to the Magical Town of Tequisquiapan where you will enjoy the Cheese and Wine Fair, which seeks to experience art as an expression in which wine and cheese come together, and which accompanies a varied program of activities that already has the names of outstanding bands, orchestras and fashion artists. The tour will leave for the destination to Mexico City with an estimated arrival at 9:00 PM.
