Clement was an awesome guide! Very informative and interactive with the group. He truly enjoys what he does! Our driver for Meteora was very experienced. We were suppose to take the train there before meeting our guide, but due to recent flooding, the train was cancelled. Meteora Thrones came up with a backup plan and transported us there via motor coach. I would have preferred the train, but even with the glitch in plans, the trip was amazing! The Meteora Monasteries are most amazing and truly majestic! Well worth the trip!

The tour and visiting the Monasteries was amazing and well worth the trip! However we had some huge issues getting home - the train stopped in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours with little explanation and understanding from those working on the train. Didn’t get back to Athens till 1am when all public transport was not going. Definitely do not book this on the same day you are flying or taking a ferry as you will not make it!!

The trip was organized in a super efficient way! We had time for a quick lunch, before departing. Our guide Clement, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing the history facts behind the monasteries. We had more than a few chances to stop and take some pictures while moving from one monastery to the other. Really great experience overall and would definetely recommend.
