We will be accessing the roof of a Housing Development Board (HDB) residential building – Pinacle. At one of the city’s highest points, you will get the most amazing skyline view of downtown Singapore. At Maxwell Hawker Centre in Chinatown, you will enjoy Singapore’s most iconic dish – chicken rice with freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, and understand more about Hawker Centre etiquette. After dinner, at a beautiful tea house, you will learn the art of the tea ceremony, have a traditional tea tasting, and try the Imperial tea that Queen Elizabeth II served in the very same tea house.
