Full description

Create and eat authentic Italian fresh pasta from scratch, including homemade buffalo ricotta-stuffed ravioli, and delicious tiramisù, all while drinking Italian wine. Throughout the entire process, you will be assisted by a passionate chef. This cooking class takes place in a cooking lab right behind the Vatican. The restaurant will be open for you and your fellow cooking class guests only. You'll be greeted by your bartender with an Italian welcome drink, which will be accompanied by finger food.

Following this brief warm up, you and the chef will prepare three great classics of Italian cuisine, including fresh pasta, homemade ravioli, and delicious tiramisù. Each participant will have a single station to work from, including a wooden preparation board, an apron, and a rolling pin. The pasta will be seasoned with a classic Roman sauce, such as cacio e pepe, or carbonara. Last but not least, you will prepare your tiramisù. Once your hands-on experience is finished, simply sit down in the cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor, with no clean up necessary. You can join the social table, sip wine with your new friends from all around the world, and take the opportunity to ask your chef about further tips and tricks about Italian food.

It was a great experience. We were a small group and the chef was very professional, entertaining and knowledgeable. We learned to make pasta, tiramisu and ravioli and they were cooked expertly with various sauces. It was a great few hours, and we even stayed longer chatting with the other couple.

Zeer leuke workshop.

It was a nice way to meet other people, to enjoy our own meal and to have an experience to remember. We were welcomed with chips and drinks. We made tiramisu and pasta/ravioli. Not everything was made to eat for yourself. We ate are own pasta, but the ravioli was mixed with ravioli from other people. But it was ok. The tiramisu was tasty. The chef was nice too, a bit firm, but he learned us a lot. I would surely recommand this tour.
