What people are saying about Mercado de Escravos, Lagos

The tour was great! Glad we started the day earlier which helped us skipping the bit of traffic that we could’ve gotten. To add the day was bright and sunny. Our guide, Michael was exceptional. He has so much knowledge about everything and he was more than happy to share it with us. He gave us a great history tour about Lagos and Sagres. The vehicle we used to travel around was clean and very well maintained. Overall, we are very happy to have taken the tour.

Gavin was a delight and so knowledgeable of the local history. We learned about Lagos historical trading practices and how the city came to be. Great for any level of rider. The best was the finish at a local pastry shop where we were treated to a Dom Rodrigo! Thank you Gavin for a wonderful afternoon.
