Heading to Your Home: After shopping, head to my home where we'll be preparing the traditional Portuguese dishes. 3. Cooking Session: Portuguese dishes to prepare: Caldeirada de Peixe, Sangria and Starters. 4. Wine Pairing: Portugal is known for its excellent wines. We'll have a selection of Portuguese wines that pair well with the dishes we're preparing. 5. Cultural Insights: Between cooking steps, we will share interesting facts about Portuguese history, traditions, and the role of food in our culture. Discuss how different regions of Portugal have distinct culinary identities and how that's reflected in the dishes we are preparing. 6.
