Full description
This tour amidst vineyards will show you how some human effort has transformed the desert into a modern-day oasis. You will learn all about how this was achieved through an irrigation system of canals inherited from the Huarpes, the native inhabitants of this region. You will visit two or three selected wineries in the Luján de Cuyo or Maipú regions. This is an area where your enologist guides will explain the process of wine making. Following this educational lesson, you will also have the chance to taste some of the best wines in the region in both wineries. You will then visit an olive oil factory, another specialty of the Mendoza region. At the conclusion of your tour, you will return to your accommodation in Mendoza City.

The tour was good, the wineries were very interesting and the olive factory also. Good tour for the price. The only thing was that I was put on a tour with all Spanish par me. So the guide spoke in length to them, translating only a small but for me and what he did translate, I could barely understand him. Which I didn't think was far to add me into an all Spanish tour and miss out on information

English version: This is the best tour you can take!! It worth the money you pay. For us, it was over our expectation.

Happy and enthusiastic team between driver and Spanish and English guides. Interesting to see wine making processes in the desert. Dis not expect much from oilve factory but was positively surprised they have excellent variety of oil and olives and more so interesting balsamic vinegar production, all very good in tasting. Good way to get introduced into Mendoza wine and oil region.
