Full description
This tour amidst vineyards will show you how some human effort has transformed the desert into a modern-day oasis. You will learn all about how this was achieved through an irrigation system of canals inherited from the Huarpes, the native inhabitants of this region. You will visit two or three selected wineries in the Luján de Cuyo or Maipú regions. This is an area where your enologist guides will explain the process of wine making. Following this educational lesson, you will also have the chance to taste some of the best wines in the region in both wineries. You will then visit an olive oil factory, another specialty of the Mendoza region. At the conclusion of your tour, you will return to your accommodation in Mendoza City.

The tour in general was ok, unfortunately in our first stop the guide didn't count the people on the bus and they left us. The manager of the winery has to call the company to tell the driver that they forgot 2 passengers, and after almost 1/2 hour of waiting for them they came to pick us up.

We booked a day ahead only. The communication was good. The pick up service made her life easier. Two wineries and one Olive Farm to visit was just enough. Our guide, Fabricio, did an amazing job to make the group comfortable. He was knowledgable. We had a fun day! And thanks to the driver! We recommend the tour!

We enjoyed it a lot. They took us to 3 wineries where we learned about the process of wine making and tasted 7 different wines. On the last one we had a very delicious dinner and learned about the process of producing olive oil. They were easy to communicate with and very professional.
