Highly Recommended!!! The ride with the Puffing Billy was really great (a great old train that takes you through beautiful landscapes, very friendly staff), the sanctuary was really nice (lots of animals that have a lot of space and are well looked after, the staff is very friendly) and Finally, a super delicious ice cream! What more could you want😉👍

Our guide, Warren, was fantastic. very funny, knowledgeable and friendly, he really made the trip! The weather was terrible but that didn't stop him (and everyone else) from having fun and making the most of the day! The Puffing Billy was awesome, the Sanctuary was great (thanks Warren for the tip about the bird show - highly recommend!!) and great stop at the chocolate factory to end the day. The transportation was clean and comfortable. Only minor thing to mention was we did not get the included morning tea or stop at Emerald Lake as mentioned in the itinerary.

Tour was well organised, with punctual pick up at a common meeting point. Despite the slight drizzle, it was fun throughout the whole tour. Our guide for the day, Peter and his friendly and easy going demeanour certainly puts us all at ease. Overall, I would absolurely recommend this particular tour.
