    Organization was really fine, everything worked out and Tara was a very nice and funny guide. To watch the penguin parade was a great experience, too. So funny and cute to watch the little guys walking along the seaside to their homes. Maybe good to know: Photography is not allowed with the penguins, but at all other events it's no problem. Take warm clothes (windbreaker, scarf and cap) for the penguins, because in late evening/night it gets really cold with the wind at the beach. Not as good as expected the go-together with the Koalas. It's quite expensive to get in touch with them (~30 AUD) for a quick photo - and that's all. No option for stay longer close to them, maybe little feeding or just watch them close. And my photo wasn't that nice, too (couldn't see it before printed :\). So think about the Koala photo (you have to wait in queue -> time loss), but at all I would recommend the tour and do again :)

    My wife and I had an amazing time I'd highly recommend this tour

    The only problem we had was that our pick up address sent by get your guide was incorrect however after calling the tour company directly they were very swift with arranging for us to be put on a different bus to be picked up from the location we went to. Our tour guide Daniel was amazing, very friendly and efficient and most knowledgeable, he did am outstanding job and drove us to and from in a timely and safe manor.

    Fantastic day. Stephan was a wonderful guide, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Scenery was stunning. Trip to the temperate rain forest was great including seeing the endangered Otway black snail. The day was well managed with lots of stops, well timed. Go West was the best of the tour companies used on our visit. The mini bus was comfortable enough given that we stopped regularly.

    This trip is really all about the penguins which was just magical. The animal farm is really for children and the visit to to chocolate factory and beach, whilst pleasant, did feel like the operator was trying to fill the day. Good (and necessary) for a solo traveller but if you’re in a group I’d recommend hiring a car and doing it yourself.

    The day was packed with activity the wildlife centre provided a good opportunity to see native wildlife in safe surroundings. The final/main activity was disappointing because not many penguins turned up, apparently due to time of year. This is not explained and spoilt part of the day
