Guatape Tour with Luxury Boat Ride, Meals & Llamas farm

Are you looking for an incredible adventure near Medellín? GUATAPÉ IS THE ANSWER! A magical place where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view from the top of the famous Peñol Rock, take a luxury boat ride (ONLY FOR YOUR GROUP), stroll through its art-filled streets and interact with friendly and exotic animals, such as llamas and ponies.

At 8:30 am we will meet the guide in Parque del Poblado. On the way to Guatapé we will take a break around 9:45 am to enjoy a tasty and energizing TYPICAL COLOMBIAN BREAKFAST.

At 11:00 a.m., we will pass by the picturesque New Peñol town and head to its renowned Replica, a detailed recreation of the old town square. From here, you will have stunning views over the dam and admire the colonial-inspired architecture.

And now... THE MOMENT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR: THE PEÑOL ROCK! Can you imagine climbing the 700 steps that lead to the top of this huge batholith and being rewarded with a spectacular 360º view of the surrounding landscape? Sounds incredible, doesn't it? You will have 1h20 to conquer the summit. Are you up for the challenge?

After that, we will have a TRADITIONAL LUNCH and then we will continue our tour with a relaxing PRIVATE BOAT RIDE along the dam, where you will be able to appreciate the islands that emerge from the water and important properties.

Next, we will do a WALKING GUIDED TOUR around GUATAPÉ, where we will visit: the ZOCALOS SQUARE, the UMBRELLAS' STREET, the MEMORY STREET, the MAIN PARK, GUATAPÉ'S CHURCH AND JULIETA'S LA PASTUSA ALLEY, as well as enjoy some free time to roam the town at your own pace.

Before heading back, we’ll stop for a heartwarming encounter with adorable LLAMAS.
