I loved my tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and full of good nature. The park was amazing and a very good deal, provided you can tolerate the long bus ride: three and a half hours going there; and five hours going back. The driver was excellent though; it's just that for most of the trip it's a two-way street and there are terrible traffic delays. Lots of attractions. Food service staff need customer service coaching and the service was very slow. Other than that I will recommend it. A very good value for the cost.

The park is very big has a zoo and a great waterpark for kids the drive through the mountains to get there is long but absolutely stunning scenery along the way the tour is only done in Spanish but the guide Marilyn was helpful and translated when required
