The skipper Jack was informative and friendly. The naturalist Val told us info about whales that we had never been told before. We saw more than eight whales.... The raft was fun and we didn't get sea sick! It was great!!!

Rest assured that your tour complies with all environmental regulations. Whales are a protected species in Hawaii so the boat will not approach them any closer than 100 yards, but sometimes the whales choose to approach the raft themselves for those up-close encounters.

Our guides did a great job finding us lots of whale activity and provided information to enhance the experience! The boat was really comforable, small group, and handled the pretty big waves really well. Loved the music playing while we were cruising! Also loved listening to the whales on sonar. Our group of 4 loved our excursion!!
